As our workload expands, we're looking for a motivated Carpenter to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

You must have :

At least 2 years of relevant experience OR

A relevant Level 4 qualification (this may substitute the work experience requirement)

A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel to various job sites

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and the abilityt to think on your feet

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.

High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Willingness to undergo a Ministry of Justice background check and drug test if required

Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends as project timelines require

Key Responsibilities :

Measure, cut, and assemble timber and other materials with precision

Construct, install, and repair framing, flooring, roofing, and cabinetry

Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications

Install windows, doors, stairs, trims, and other fixtures

Carry out concrete formwork, foundation work, and basic site prep

Assist with demolition and site clearance when required

Operate and maintain power tools and carpentry equipment safely

Collaborate with builders, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution

Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy worksite

Ensure all work meets relevant codes, standards, and company quality expectations

Adapt to different residential projects including new builds, renovations, extensions, and repairs

What We Offer :

Competitive hourly wage of $30–$35, depending on experience and qualifications

Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week
