What will I be doing?

In your new role as Spa Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the spa therapists to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience and will identify and facilitate training and development needs for Spa Therapists.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding treatment experiences to all spa guests, support the Department Leadership and you will be available to work evenings and weekends.Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards : Provide professional beauty treatments and services for guests, including body and facial treatments, massages and tours of the spaConduct daily duties with integrity, respect and ownership to ensure that you maintain strong relationships with the Spa Manager and your fellow team membersEnsure exceptional guest experience from arrival to check out, bookings and upselling retail productsAssist Department Leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Ensure achievement of objectives and operational standards through excellent communication and attention to detail.To manage the Spa Therapists to consistently deliver the highest possible standardsCollaborate with the Assistant Spa Manager to plan and co-ordinate external / third party training for team membersWhat are we looking for?

In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow : At least 3 years' experience in the spa therapy industry as a multi-skilled therapist.Excellent customer service experience.

Able to work in a team and demonstrate good people and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office skillsDedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership and team workInnovative in the delivery of marketing & training initiatives.Available to work weekends and eveningsThrive at HiltonThrive at Hilton is our Team Member Value Proposition.
