About the role

We’re seeking a reporting, analytics and remuneration specialist who is passionate about driving strategic workforce insights and supporting data‑led decision‑making. In this role, you’ll transform SP&C reporting and people analytics by moving us from traditional reporting to a modern, transparent, and insight‑rich model through data visualisation and storytelling. Your blend of HR expertise and advanced analytical skills will help shape workforce planning, equity reviews and ongoing improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of all people analytics, delivering insights across our workforce with a focus on trends, turnover, diversity, health, safety, wellbeing and engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytic tools that enable business leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
• Lead the development and execution of remuneration strategies, frameworks and policies that support business needs.
• Manage the annual remuneration and performance review cycle, ensuring system configuration, data integrity and clear reporting.
• Translate complex data into compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive enhancements in people analytics capability, including future‑focused predictive and prescriptive modelling.
• Support system and process improvement projects that drive greater efficiency and optimisation.
• Lead key work programmes including Career & Pay Progression frameworks, gender pay / pay equity reviews, critical risk management insights and benchmarking exercises.
• Prepare executive‑level papers and recommendations related to remuneration and workforce analytics.
