Position details

Position : Designers

Type : Hourly Contract

Compensation : $50-$70 / hour

Location : Remote

Commitment : 10–20 hours / week

Role Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.
  • Use your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, or creative strategy to ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design process thinking, visual literacy, and communication clarity.
  • Help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across various industries (education, retail, architecture, tech, culture).

Ideal Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field.
  • Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites / apps, brand / marketing assets).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting.

  • Share your screen during the interview and walk through a design that showcases your design fundamentals and aesthetic.
  • The interview will be followed by a request to share your portfolio.
