The Cadetship is delivered in three stages :
Stage One : Develop a broad understanding of Niagara operations; from milling processes to scheduling, processing, and dispatch.
Stage Two : Tailored training focused on your interests, skills, and performance across three special interest departments.
Stage Three : Work with management and HR to develop a personalised career progression plan.
