Securing a major new project has created an exciting opportunity with one of New Zealand’s leading civil contractors. Based in stunning Auckland, I am seeking an experienced Marine Project Engineer to join the team to work on a major $200m wharf project.

As Project Engineer you will have experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of major marine works, working closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a long‑term career opportunity with an established contractor offering stability, growth, and a supportive environment. Requirements for the role include,

• Minimum of 5 years’ site‑based experience with a civil contractor.
• The majority of experience to be in marine works (wharves, jetties, coastal structures, dredging, piling or related works).
• Strong technical understanding and proven project delivery capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
