We welcome applications from candidates across Levels 0–4, with a requirement for experience in palliative or end-of-life care, whether that be in your personal or professional life. Full training will be provided by Access within a supportive and collaborative team environment. We’re seeking someone with a kind, gentle nature and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, flexible care.
Role requirements :
You’ll be part of a connected service with regular team meetings, check-ins, and ongoing pastoral support.
