The individuals you'll be supporting range in age from 30 to 60 and enjoy lots of great activities, so we're looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support people with cycling, walking, watching the football or wrestling, going out for a coffee and cake and anything else they enjoy. The people we support live in their own flats, shared flats or within a shared bungalow and enjoy spending time with people that listen and have a good sense of humour.
