Service Facilitator – Service Centre
Join Our Vibrant Facilitation Team! As a Service Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in our Service Centre. Your mission? To provide top‑notch phone‑based coordination services and exceptional customer support. Whether assisting clients or support workers, you'll be the crucial factor ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations. This is a full‑time permanent role — Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm based in our Albany office in Tāmaki Makaurau .
