Service Facilitator – Service Centre

Join Our Vibrant Facilitation Team! As a Service Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in our Service Centre. Your mission? To provide top‑notch phone‑based coordination services and exceptional customer support. Whether assisting clients or support workers, you'll be the crucial factor ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations. This is a full‑time permanent role — Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm based in our Albany office in Tāmaki Makaurau .

Responsibilities

  • Managing phone‑based and email enquiries from external stakeholders (clients, their whanau, funders) and internal stakeholders (support workers, service delivery teams)
  • Coordination of services between support workers and clients
  • Rostering cover to ensure clients receive support when a support worker is unavailable
  • Ensuring customers are placed at the heart of everything you do, striving to deliver the best possible outcomes
  • Showing empathy and a genuine interest in helping others
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service position
  • Passion about the healthcare sector
  • Confidence in using technology / computer literacy
  • Exceptional communication and rapport‑building skills over the phone
  • A positive, adaptable, and resilient attitude – must work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment
  • Applicants for this position must be a NZ Resident / Citizen or have a valid NZ work permit.
