We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Hamilton and help lead and deliver diverse, high‑profile projects across New Zealand.

The Role

• Lead the planning, design and construction oversight of complex infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
• Monitor and manage project execution to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets are met.
• Conduct engineering inspections, interpret drawings / specifications and recommend remedial works when required.
• Coordinate contract and project management activities including subcontractor liaison and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering innovation, process improvement and continuous learning.
• Collect, analyse and interpret project data to support decision making and deliver client‑driven outcomes.
• Maintain currency with engineering standards, best practices and emerging technologies within the infrastructure sector.
