Join the team behind some of New Zealand’s most loved footwear brands. Overland Footwear is looking for a motivated and organized People, Culture & Payroll Coordinator to support our people experience across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career (including recent graduates) who is confident with numbers, proficient in Excel, loves helping others, and enjoys being part of a fun, collaborative team. Full training will be provided.

What you’ll do

• Process weekly payroll data and maintain timesheet systems
• Coordinate Support Office and Distribution Centre events
• Support internal communications and engagement activities
• Manage the People & Culture inbox and general HR admin
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding processes
• Support recognition programmes and milestone celebrations
