About The Role
As a Salesperson at Bayleys Wellington, you'll manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and listing to marketing, negotiation, and settlement.

Key responsibilities include
Building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, developers, and investors
Conducting property appraisals and securing exclusive listings
Managing strategic marketing campaigns and open homes
Negotiating offers and coordinating contracts
Generating leads and growing your client base
Representing the Bayleys brand with professionalism and integrity
What You'll Bring
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
High energy, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
Confidence using CRM tools and digital platforms
A current Real Estate Salesperson's License (or working towards it)
Full NZ driver's licence and reliable vehicle
