As a Science Teacher you will work alongside a supportive Senior Leadership Team and be supported by overstaffed Teaching Assistants, enabling you to enjoy your time in the classroom and minimise time spent planning.

1 : 1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in- and out-of-house training, and more.

Job Description

Salary : £38,766 – £60,092 plus TLR (size dependent on experience).

Start : January or April

Teach across KS3, KS4, and optional KS5.

Plan lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance.

Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons.

Both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged.

Person Specification

UK Qualified Teacher Status.

Strong understanding of teaching standards.

Science-related degree at 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 from a reputable university.

Ambitious, driven personality.

Excellent communication skills.

Desire to progress professionally.
