About the Role
As a Quantitative Research Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role in designing, analysing, and interpreting research that helps government agencies make good decisions.
This role brings together data science, social research, and policy impact – perfect for someone who wants to see their statistical skills make a tangible difference.
You'll :
Support the design and execution of quantitative research projects
Develop survey instruments and sampling frameworks that produce robust, defensible data
Analyse and interpret datasets using tools such as R, SPSS, or Q (experience with multivariate or advanced statistical analysis is preferred)
Turn complex results into clear, meaningful insights that influence public policy
Contribute to client reports, presentations, and data visualisations
Help ensure research is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope.
About You
We're looking for someone who is :
Positive and proactive – you'll jump at opportunities to help or to learn something new.
A curious, capable thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experienced (through study or work) in using Q, SPSS, R or similar tools – an interest in or experience in multi-variate analysis would be advantageous
Passionate about social impact, behaviour change, and public policy
A clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
Creative and solution-focused, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table
