Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in administration and customer service, within consumer banking or a related field is essential
Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and commitments in a complex and dynamic environment
Tech savvy – able to assist our customers with our digital platforms
Effective delivery of results, meeting expectations and adapting to changing business needs and conflicting customer / stakeholder priorities
Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
