Overview

Foresight Partners is a New Zealand-based consulting firm specializing in the implementation and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning. We partner with mid-to-large organisations to modernise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Role : Solutions Director (full-time, remote)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Director. The Solutions Director will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients. Day-to-day tasks include leading consulting projects, managing teams, engaging in client management, and providing strategic advisory services. The role also involves sales and business development efforts to expand the firm's client base. Applicant must be a New Zealand resident and eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients.
  • Lead consulting projects and manage project teams.
  • Engage in client management and provide strategic advisory services.
  • Contribute to sales and business development to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in consulting.
  • Team management and project management skills.
  • Proven sales acumen and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
