About the company :

Stellar Recruitment is looking for a New Zealand based Automotive Technician to join our clients well performing Dealership located in East Auckland.

The role will involve a 40-hour work week, representing a high-volume brand with consistent workflow in a well-established franchise workshop.

The company has a rich history in the New-Zealand market, with a excellent record in staff retention and leadership ability.

The ideal candidate will have a workshop / dealership background with a WOF being highly desirable.

To be successful in this role you will have :

Automotive Trade qualification

Good communication and presentation

Ability to work and diagnose Petrol and Diesel vehicles

4+ Years on then tools service, diagnosis and repair ability

Full clean NZ Driver’s License

You will be working within a Dealership that represents a strong brand within the market, with multiple locations around the country.

Career progression is developed internally, so local technicians looking for a step up in time will have firsthand exposure to opportunities within the wider group.

Key Responsibilities Include

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.

Perform effective engine and electrical diagnostics

Ensure high-quality service and communication to Foreman and front desk service teams

Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes

Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training

Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop
