About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Digital Services team and play a vital role in keeping our hospital and business applications and products performing at their best. As the key resource for resolving technical issues, you'll provide support, troubleshoot problems, and ensure systems remain stable and reliable.

But this role goes beyond just fixing issues—you'll contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and process improvements that lift our overall service delivery. You'll also support application maintenance, enhancements, and collaborate with development teams to ensure our systems continue to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. Our Digital Applications & Products function is part of Digital Services and is at the heart of keeping Health NZ's applications & products connected, secure, and running smoothly. We focus on making applications simpler, more reliable, and better aligned to the needs of our people and patients. With dedicated teams structured around the applications and products they support, we deliver stability, faster improvements, and real value to clinicians, operational leaders, and end users nationwide.
