About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
The Learning Content Developer is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging learning materials that support capability development across ACC. This role focuses on the development and delivery of learning content, ensuring materials are clear, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives and organisational standards. Working closely with Learning Designers and subject matter experts, the Learning Developer ensures content accuracy, consistency, and a positive learning experience for our kaimahi.

The salary range for this role is $85,037 – $120,052 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal team relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
