Kiwifruit Thinning Workers Wanted!

Pro Kiwi Limited are now on the hunt for people to join the team to perform bud thinning with the potential to move onto canes on strings requirements on Kiwifruit orchards.

ESTIMATED START DATE : 15 / 10 / 25

We offer very competitive hourly rates of $25.38 an hour. This rate includes 8% holiday pay. You will generally be working on any fine day between 8 am and 5 pm. You will be performing bud thinning and will potentially move on to canes on strings.

When you join Pro Kiwi Limited you will be signing a Fixed Term Employment Agreement, which is on an 'as and when' basis to meet our operational requirements.

We are a local family-owned company based in Te Puke, the kiwifruit capital of the world. All the orchards that we pick are located within close proximity of Te Puke, with Pro Kiwi Limited managing a large portion all year round.

Requirements

• Must be available to start work on the 15th of October
• Must have their own transport to get to and from the orchards
• Physically fit and strong, as it is all outdoor work, and be of a good height.
• Ability to listen to instructions, a good understanding of English, and a great work ethic
• You must hold a valid work permit / working holiday visa for NZ. Please note, that we do not accept any SSE Visas.
• You must have been issued your IRD number and bank account number.
• You must supply your photo ID, passport, or driver's license.
• Must be in the Te Puke area already and ready to start work immediately
