Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of the Banqueting department and take full responsibility as required. You will have a passion above the rest to ensure all guests are delighted at all times and leave having the most memorable experience at Pullman Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the team for preparation and service delivery in a hand‑on capacity.
• Assist in driving service standards to ensure the highest level of service execution is achieved.
• Hands‑on throughout all periods and areas of the kitchen brigade.
• Follow efficient preparation methods and standards recipes to control wastage costs.
• Train and develop the team to ensure they grow from strength to strength.
