2026 Graduate Trainee

Summary

The objective of the position is to design, build, and deploy AI, Gen AI and Machine learning models and AI-powered solutions.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior :

Model Development & Implementation : Design, develop, train, and test machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models using company's AI allowable frame-works like TensorFlow etc.

Data Pipeline Management : Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.

Deployment & MLOps : Deploy ML models into production systems using CI / CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.

Monitor model performance, and retrain and update models as needed.

System Integration : Integrate AI models with existing software applications and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Collaboration & Prototyping : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, conduct experiments, and rapidly prototype new AI solutions.

Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to propose and implement innovative solutions.

What you'll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good academic and Demo or POC, hands-on experience in a similar work, such as AI design, Machine Learning or building Data pipelines.

Programming proficiency : Good programming skills in Python are essential.

Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn is required.

ML / DL frameworks : Some experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Cloud computing : Light experience with any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their respective AI / ML services.

Software engineering : Good understanding of software development principles.

Problem solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Proficiency in PL / SQL to write SQL scripts.

Experience in data modelling would be an advantage.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Curious, proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment.
