Outbound Sales Specialist - Customer CareYour role, your journeyThis telephone-based role is all about connecting with customers and prospects to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional experiences.

You\'ll be leading outbound campaigns that include mobile and broadband sales, win-back calls, upselling and cross-selling, and welcoming new customers.

You will primarily be connecting with existing 2degrees customers, but you\'ll also have the opportunity to challenge yourself by engaging with warm prospect leads provided through our external partner channels - helping you stretch your skills and achieve your sales goals!
