Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title : Dyno TechnicianLocation : Milford, MichiganDepartment : Noise & Vibration Chassis Dyno Lab / Program Mileage Outdoor Dyno LabJob Summary : We are seeking a hands-on Dyno Technician to support chassis dynamometer testing operations.

This role involves installing, monitoring, and removing vehicles from dyno systems, operating test equipment, and collecting high-quality data to support engineering teams in meeting regulatory and internal standards.Key Responsibilities : Install, monitor, and remove vehicles and test equipment on chassis dynosSet up and troubleshoot automation systems and non-intrusive driving robotsCollect and evaluate test data per federal proceduresDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues with test setupsUse vehicle communication tools (e.g., INCA, V-Spy, CAN, NeoVi)Maintain safe, clean work areas and ensure confidentialityCoordinate with teams across shifts and manage multiple dyno stationsQualifications : Valid driver's licenseStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with data acquisition systems and test instrumentationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
