The Opportunity – Solar Electrician

Step into a pivotal role with our Tauranga team, where you’ll partner with the Hub Manager to drive operational excellence. As the Solar Electrician, you’ll be at the heart of our solar energy projects, and enabling the team to :

• Secure and install rooftop mounting systems.
• Set up and maintain cutting‑edge electrical systems powering solar solutions.
• Conduct detailed site assessments and system testing to ensure optimal performance.

Your day‑to‑day will include mentoring junior electricians, fostering a culture of quality and safety, and staying ahead of compliance and safety standards. Plus, you maintain meticulous records to support long‑term system reliability and project success.
