All Section Manager Hamilton - The Base

North Beach Hamilton is looking for a motivated, experienced Section Manager who knows how to bring the energy and drive a team to success!

As Section Manager you will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, keep the team fired up, and make sure our Womenswear department is looking sharp and performing even better.

You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.

We require a minimum of 1-2 years retail experience and keyholder experience wouldn't go amiss either.

Hours of work Sunday to Thursday with one late night approx 42 hours per week. You must also be available to work Public Holidays.
