This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a high-performing environment, supporting both our people and plant operations.In this role, you will provide practical HR support across key areas including : Employee relationsRecruitment and onboardingEngagement and wellbeingPerformance and developmentBuild strong relationships across the business to drive positive outcomesManage a mix of tasks—some with fixed deadlines, others with flexibilityAdapt to seasonal changes in workload typical of our industryPlay a key role in our company-wide transformation, including exciting system upgradesWe are looking for a confident and driven self-starter to excel in this role.
You will have previous experience in HR within an operational environment.To be successful in this role, you will also have : Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)A strong team player who can contribute positively to the overall plant culture and successSound understanding of HR processes and employment relationsConfident communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrevious HR advisory or coordination experience (ideally within manufacturing or similar industriesA solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detailExperience working in a unionised environment (preferred)Nga painga - what's in it for you?
