Position : Management Accountant – End of day, business partnering with key stakeholders in the business.

Provide financial support, advice and guidance to assist in the decision-making process.

Assist with month end, management reporting and maintain the finance system to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial business partnering, advice, and guidance to teams across the business to support informed decision-making.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Support budget owners to fully understand and take accountability for their budgets.

Prepare and coordinate month-end management reports.

Maintain oversight of the financial system to ensure data integrity, procedural consistency, and continuous improvement.

Review compliance of internal controls, including testing and risk assessment.

Manage business insurance renewals.

Act as signatory and authoriser for local and overseas payments.

Support finance team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Perform any other duties reasonably required.

About You

You will be either CA / CPA qualified, or working towards this, with 3 years' experience in a similar role.

A background in FMCG, Manufacturing or similar industries will be highly advantageous.

You will have a strong technical background and be confident working in a complex and large business environment.

You will be autonomous, driven and self-directed with a curious mindset.

You show initiative and innovation and have the ability to solve complex issues with sound judgement.

Excellent interpersonal skills will help you engage across multiple teams and partner with key stakeholders well.
