Responsibilities

Leading and growing PwC's MarTech and customer strategy capability across Adobe, Salesforce, and related technologies.

Partnering with senior marketing leaders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful transformation programs.

Bridging marketing strategy, technology delivery, and customer outcomes to enhance PwC's position as a market leader in customer transformation.

Overseeing and supporting cross-functional delivery teams, including Adobe and Salesforce specialists.

Engaging clients across large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and transformation projects.

Acting as a connector to link strategic client needs with PwC's technical and consulting expertise.

Ability to articulate the value of customer data and how to leverage insights to drive marketing effectiveness.

Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels, from shaping briefs to overseeing execution.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience within agency, media, or consulting environments, managing large-scale transformation or marketing programs.

Experience within financial services is advantageous.

A deep understanding of front-office technology beyond CRM, including marketing automation, content management, and customer strategy.

Proven experience working with Adobe platforms (strongly preferred) and Salesforce (advantageous).

Exposure to content management systems is a plus.
