Fixed Term 0.6 FTE due to Parental Leave

Commencing ASAP through until approximately June 2026

About the Role

Right now, we’reinviting an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly team deliveringservices across the South Canterbury District.

The person in this role providessafe and clinically effective assessment andintervention, either within a specific area or across a broad range of areas,with a focus on the development of more in-depth knowledge and skills followingthe second year of practice onwards.

Dayto day the physiotherapist in this role will work in outpatients within hand therapy.

About You

In addition to being a NewZealand Registered Physiotherapist with a current Annual PractisingCertificate, successful candidateswill have the following :

  • Minimum of 2 years clinicalexperiencein hand therapy
  • Good initiative and self-management skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinaryteam inter-professional setting team
  • Right to work in New Zealand
  • Hand therapy New Zealand registration orworking towards this
