Overview
The Warehouse Group is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fixed Term Customer Care Specialists for the busy peak season. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to shoppers across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery online stores, supporting customers via live online chat, as well as phone and email channels.

This is a fixed term role from 20 October 2025 to 1 February 2026 for the peak trading period. You’ll need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 7pm, including some weekend shifts.
