The role
The Frequency Graduate Programme - Te Akoranga Paetahi ō Frequency will lay the foundation for your professional and personal growth, giving you experience across the different facets of construction project management. It will provide the many skills you will need to thrive in the industry while providing a greater understanding of the impact of your work and decisions on others.
Training and development
Designed to provide you with real-world experience, our two-year programme will give you the opportunity to impact some of our nation's most critical infrastructure and construction projects, while also enabling you to determine where your passion lies. As part of our graduate programme, you'll gain exposure to multiple expert service lines, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of the project lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of project management and how our teams deliver projects across different sectors.
Mentored by experienced industry leaders within Frequency, along with other learning and development activities, we will work closely with you to expand and grow your skills, and develop clear career goals.
In addition to the day-to-day on-the-job training you'll take part in during the programme, you'll also take part in learning and development forums that focus on developing both technical and soft skills that will stick with you right through your career.
Salary and Benefits
With a starting salary of $68,000, we offer a competitive salary in addition to five weeks of annual leave, 4% KiwiSaver and other great benefits and rewards.

When you join Frequency as a Graduate, you aren't just joining for the duration of the programme. Whether it be buildings or infrastructure, controls or procurement, you'll find out what you have a true affinity for through the programme and where you want to focus your career. Once graduated through the programme, you'll start in the role of Associate and receive continued training throughout your years with us to develop you throughout your career, allowing you to unleash your potential and grow into more senior positions.
