Job Description :

Join our compassionate team at Boulcott's Memory Care Centre, where we deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs

Typical duties include :

• Supporting residents with activities of daily living
• Co-creating personalised care plans
• Leading and delegating care provision to caregivers and support staff
• Ensuring timely delivery of care and support
• Monitoring and evaluating progress in partnership with the resident and their chosen representatives
• Building trusted therapeutic relationships with residents and their whānau

The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working on a 4 on 2 off rotational roster.
