About the Role
As the face of AA at our Albert Street centre, you’ll bring a bubbly personality and customer‑first approach to every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
- Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
- Handle tasks such as processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions
About You
Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targetsBrings a high‑energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every dayThrives in a fast‑paced environment and learns quicklyIs a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around themEnjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorableSecond language (e.g., Mandarin) preferred but not essentialWhat We Offer
