Sales & Business Development Manager
Eco Lawn is experiencing sustained growth and a high volume of qualified leads across residential, commercial, and sports markets. We’re now seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to help us better service this demand, strengthen client relationships, and convert more of the opportunities already coming in.
This role isn’t about cold‑calling or chasing random prospects — it’s about turning warm, qualified leads into happy customers through better follow‑up, smarter systems, and a genuine consultative approach.
You’ll work closely with our Director, Operations, and Estimating teams to refine our customer journey and ensure every quote gets the attention it deserves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Relationship Building – Proactively follow up on quotes, engage customers with timely offers, and ensure all warm leads are given proper attention.
- Business Development – Identify and nurture high‑value commercial and trade relationships (architects, schools, childcare, landscapers).
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Support the Director in refining sales processes, pipeline management, and the integration of AI‑assisted follow‑ups.
- CRM Ownership – Maintain clean, accurate data in Pipedrive and use it to forecast and prioritise effectively.
- Customer Consultation – Present solutions confidently and professionally, both remotely and on‑site when required.
- Collaboration – Work with marketing to enhance campaigns and give lead‑quality insights; liaise with operations to ensure a smooth handover from quote to install.
About You
Are a natural closer who genuinely enjoys following up and winning deals.Have experience in sales within a home improvement, landscaping, or construction‑related industry.Understand pipeline management and how to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously.Are process‑driven, tech‑comfortable (CRM, automation tools), and hungry to improve systems as you go.Have excellent communication skills and can represent a premium brand confidently.Are proactive, disciplined, and motivated by results rather than micromanagement.Why Join Eco Lawn
