The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on D365 Technical Lead to design, implement, and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment and its integrations with finance, data, and digital systems worldwide. Additionally, you will assist the Functional Consultants by providing help with business‑as‑usual (BAU) support for Dynamics 365, addressing user requests, overseeing designs for enhancements and resolving issues promptly.

You’ll lead the end‑to‑end integration design - from Azure Logic Apps and Data Factory pipelines to third‑party APIs and payment gateways - ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Working closely with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, and cross‑functional engineering teams, you’ll ensure Dynamics 365 and its integrations deliver scalable value and seamless data flow across the business.

While this role doesn’t include direct reports, you’ll mentor and guide functional consultants, fostering shared technical understanding and elevating platform capability.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a hands‑on technical expert who thrives on designing integrations and solving complex system challenges.

• 5+ years’ experience as a senior developer or technical lead in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its integration patterns
• Proven experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, APIs) and data orchestration
• Strong understanding of finance processes and third‑party system integration (e.g., payment gateways)
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (ideally Terraform)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and influence others without formal authority
• (Bonus) Azure certification or integration experience with complex enterprise environments
