The role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of how we build at Optimal. You’ll work across our stack – using React, Ruby on Rails, and AWS – while integrating AI coding tools to speed up delivery and improve our developer experience. This is a role for someone who loves impact, experimentation and innovation – blending your engineering skills with an early‑adopter mindset around AI productivity. You’ll do well if you thrive in a fast‑moving environment and think like an entrepreneur – you see the big picture and drive outcomes.

• Build impactful features across our platform
• Work closely with Product and Design to solve real problems for our customers
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate and contribute to our product strategy and goals
• Define and mentor the team on AI‑assisted workflows and best practices
