Drive Thru Team Member - Mitre 10 Mega Hornby

Overview

Mitre 10 MEGA Hornby is a family-owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer-every time.

We have two full time vacancies within our Drive Thru area and we are looking for people with experience in timber and building products as you will be working with both Trade and DIY customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Drive Thru area with timber and building product needs, providing excellent customer service.
• Work with both Trade and DIY customers to identify product requirements and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and follow company procedures.
• Be willing to learn and develop product knowledge; support other team members as needed.
• If licensed, operate a forklift as part of duties (or obtain forklift certification as required).
• Report to the Drive Thru Supervisor and support a positive team environment.

Additional Information

Previous retail experience and / or experience in timber and building products would be an advantage; however, applicants with a proven retail background and eagerness to learn will be considered.

Roles report to the Drive Thru Supervisor and will be rostered Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
