The Opportunity

As a Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities Infrastructure Transformation and others. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and networks across the across variety of sectors.

This role is based in Pōneke (Wellington).

Your key responsibilities

Brings experience across strategy, operating models, service and customer experience design, program delivery, and business transformation.

• Relationship‑focused team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments, brings energy to strategy and implementation work, and is motivated by the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact for clients.

Skills and attributes for success

Bring 1-3 years of experience, along with strong verbal and written communication, with proven ability to lead workshops, present confidently, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments, collaborating with teams to design and deliver innovative, high‑impact solutions.
