Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. As our business and product portfolio continue to expand, the service team is seeking a dedicated documentation support specialist. Our team was proud to be named Exporter of the Year at the ExportNZ ASB Hawke’s Bay Export Awards and to receive the Ziwi Excellence in Innovation Award, recognizing our commitment to innovation and global impact.

• Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and safety bulletins for PCS100 / PCS120 systems
• Establish and uphold templates, style guides, and governance to ensure documentation quality and consistency
• Collaborate with product and service teams to integrate feedback and improve serviceability
• Drive continuous improvement, exploring digital / multimedia formats and efficient processes for information delivery
