What you’ll be doing
Running the mission‑critical engine room that powers cloud platforms, networks, and content delivery across NZ and beyond.
Working directly with both local and global customers who rely on our facility to keep their platforms live and always running.
Keeping our infrastructure humming – from power and cooling to monitoring, optimisation, and everything in between.
Working closely with vendors, maintenance partners, and network providers to deliver best‑in‑class uptime.
Providing smart hands and onsite support that helps customers scale, deploy, and fix in real time.
Helping shape improvements, efficiencies, and upgrades as we expand capacity and capability.
Being part of a collaborative team that values initiative, curiosity, and getting things done.
You’ll need to bring
7+ years’ engineering experience in a telco or data centre environment.
Hands‑on knowledge of switchboards, UPS, HVAC, generators, transformers, fire and BMS systems.
Experience working with subcontractors and technical vendors.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline.
