Talent Acquisition Officer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our workforce. As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process. From crafting compelling job adverts to identifying top talent and supporting hiring managers, you’ll ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Job Location : Based in Greenlane, Auckland, with occasional travel to the regions.

Job Type : This is a full-time (40 hours) permanent position from Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Driving initiatives to increase Healthvision's "Employer Visibility" and create positive brand awareness.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across a variety of roles.
• Utilising your knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
• Reference checking and documentation, as required.
• Providing timely feedback to applicants throughout the process.
• Preparing employment offers.
• Maintaining and updating employee information on the HRIS (BambooHR).
• General ad hoc - Recruitment administration, reporting and related HR project initiatives.
• Keeping abreast of relevant legislation changes and immigration hurdles to understand its impact on the organisation.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
