Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities : Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant.Provide best possible service levels and customer relations in a timely mannerUnderstand customer needs and identify solutions through necessary research and available resourcesSupport in communicating financial solutions, features, and benefits, to customer by adhering to established standards and proceduresMaintain customer information and updates records and database for both existing and prospective clientPerform the routine task under moderate degree of supervisionAct as an informal resource for colleagues with less experienceEnsure individual key performance indicators are achievedQualificationsHighly motivated individuals who are target-driven and disciplinedPossesses initiative and able to work independentlyPleasant, optimistic and able to build rapport with customers quicklyBasic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etcPrior sales experience would be advantageous but not essentialYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC. is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
