Senior Marketing Automation Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term
Your Day-to-dayLead a small, high-performing team to execute Lotto NZ's marketing automation strategy across digital channels.
Act as the business lead for the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, using data-driven insights to enhance personalization, improve engagement and drive commercial outcomes.
Champion a test-and-learn culture, optimise communications for engagement and results, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Lotto NZ's commitment to safe, responsible gaming.
Your TeamWork with two direct reports – a Marketing Automation Specialist and a Marketing Cloud Administrator – and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Head on marketing campaigns, customer journey planning across multiple digital touchpoints and new programme initiatives.
A Bit About You
Deep expertise in enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Adobe, Marketo, Braze).
Strong data orientation with a track record of delivering data-driven, personalized campaigns.
Detail-focused, high communication standards and strong email creative and copywriting skills are a plus.
Experience managing teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and working across analytics, digital and agency partners to drive measurable outcomes.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution – ready to lead Lotto NZ's next chapter in customer experience innovation.
