We are seeking an RTLB with strong culturally responsive practice, committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and supporting diverse learners within West Coast communities. Are you passionate about inclusive education and supporting kaiako, whānau, and mokopuna to thrive? Te Tai Poutini - West Coast RTLB Cluster 32 is looking for a new Resource Teacher : Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) to join our collegial team based in Māwhera | Greymouth.

• ️ Work collaboratively across schools and communities
• ️ Guided by He Pikorua principles
• ️ Build teacher capability and support mokopuna to thrive
• ️ Advantageous if you can work across education sectors (primary–secondary, mainstream–Māori medium)
• ️ RTLB qualification desirable – but full postgraduate training provided (must hold a degree to enrol in Massey’s PGDip Specialist Teaching)
• ️ Full licence & own vehicle required
