In order for us to respond to the challenge created by the commercial and residential development happening right now and the activity projected for our city for years to come, we have an opportunity for a Level 3 Planner to come and join us and be part of making a difference.
Your work will be varied and challenging, and will expose you to a wide and unique range of planning issues. You'll provide expert planning advice to our customers, both external and internal, liaise with other Council experts to process a wide range of resource consent applications, including managing complex applications, notices of requirement, and appeals to the Environment Court.
Mentoring of less experienced planners is also a key role.
