We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and strategy. Someone who’s not just designing interfaces, but shaping product direction. You’ll be hands‑on, on the tools every day while also applying strategic and systems thinking to guide our product toward the future. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical advisors, turning complex workflows into simple, human‑centered experiences that scale.

This isn’t a people management role, you’ll lead by example, through design excellence, product insight, and clear thinking.
