Contract - Senior Business Analyst

• and based in New Plymouth.Working closely with our project team to deliver on a major piece of work.What you'll doMap and document current and future state processes for water meter data management and billing.Support the design and implementation of tools for bulk data upload, data capture (e.g., ABIA Lite), and automation between systems (TechOne PnR, EAM, etc.).

Facilitate workshops with business units to gather requirements for handover and ongoing ownership.Identify and document business requirements for data accuracy, billing sensibility checks, and exception handling.Support the development of training materials and change management plans.Assist with the staged handover process and ensure business units are ready to own and maintain metering data post-project.Your backgroundBusiness analyst with experience delivering enterprise projectsAbility to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performanceDevelopment background and / or knowledge of the SDLCExcellent documentation and communication skillsAn experienced Agile and Scrum practitionerScrum Master experience preferredAbout DatacomWe have over 6,200 people across our global offices, and generate an annual revenue of over $1.2 billion, this makes us one of Australasia's largest professional IT services companies.
