Position Title

Associate Director – Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Asset Management Team within the Property and Buildings Sector.
• Support the Head of Property in the delivery of the business plan and wider strategic goals of the Property and Buildings Sector.
• Have a passion for client engagement, develop and maintain strong client relationships, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Act as the Project Manager / Director on projects as assigned, ensuring that all deliverables meet client’s key objectives.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality to achieve the planned profit.
• Manage projects, including the provision of timely and clear reports to clients, preparation of invoices, and appropriate use of accounting, record and quality management systems.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the Property Asset Management discipline on training requirements, resourcing, quality assurance and deliverables.
• Proactively update the Property Asset Management discipline on any legislative changes, policy changes, case law or learnings in specialist area.
• Develop training programmes for the Property Asset Management discipline.
