OverviewWaythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Location Postal Code : DL14 7BH.Role and LocationRole : Recovery CoordinatorLocation : Saddler House, Saddler Street, Bishop Auckland, Durham DL14 7BHWorking Hours : Monday to Friday 09 : 00–17 : 00 with 1 late evening until 19 : 00 and 1 working Saturday until 13 : 00 on a rota basis.

1 fixed term and 1 permanent post available.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.Facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for individuals.Work within the community in GP surgeries, mental health services and other partner agencies.Within Bishop Auckland and the wider county, you will be required to work as part of a team to provide recovery planning and case management to substance misuse clients (drug and alcohol) at different stages of their recovery journey, from assessment and engagement through holistic and structured interventions.What we offerSalary reflects full earning potential for this role, with starting salaries allowing for pay progression within the pay band.
